What happens if I have to cancel my session?
We know that time to time, things may come up that can't be helped. If you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, we can reschedule for another time. The session fee you paid will be applied to your new appointment.
How long does it take to get my proofs?
We will call you within 14 days and set up a time show a proof presentation to you. At that time, we'll also go over sizes and products available and take your order.
Do you sell images on CD?
No we do not*. We use a professional lab for our finished images. By selling images on CD we cannot control the quality of the prints you receive. It's important that any photo with our name on it, is the very best it can be.
* You will receive one FREE low-resolution image that you can use on Facebook.
When do I receive my finished portraits?
Depending on the size and type of portraits you buy, we should be able to deliver everything to you within 21 days of ordering.
